Selling Real Estate in the Philippines (The Reason I Haven't Been Blogging)

Wow, it has been a really long time since my last post.

Seeing that right now, I don't have any clients to call, I thought I would finally do something with this blog.

As the title clearly states, I'm selling real estate now and that is one of the main reasons why I haven't been blogging (aside from my long hiatus after Brazil).

The new job is a great experience. I'm working for a great company, Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. Some of our sister companies include Philippine Airlines, Air Philippines, Philippine National Bank and Allied Bank.

The pace has been steady. I made my first sale but of course I can't stop looking for clients.

Now it is time for some shameless plugging. I have a RUSH SALE. Local and foreign buyers are all welcome. It is located in Makati, Metro Manila.

It is a 2 bedroom penthouse loft (2 floors, high ceilings) located directly across the street from Greenbelt Mall. It has a view of the Makati Skyline.

It currently goes for 17.89 million pesos ($416,000) but the price will increase tomorrow.

For more info you can get in touch with me at these numbers 639173915972 / 639228822325 or e-mail me at dacalos87@yahoo.com.

The other projects I'm focusing on can be found at http://d-liberate.net.

I temporarily converted my writing site into my real estate site till I have the time to combine both efficiently.

That's it for now. Till the next big project. I'm off to make a sale!

D-liberate.net (my site) is now up!

After some difficulty with the server, I was finally able to upload my site.

Designed everything myself. I'll be using it for work and stuff.

Here's the entrance image:

I conceptualized the shot but my buddy Albert Labrador (Paparazzo) took the picture. If you think it's hard to do a handstand, imagine how hard it is to do it with a ballpen in your hand.

Visit the site and tell me what you think!

You can now receive e-mails about the blog! (Powered by Feedblitz)

I noticed recently that the feeding option can sometimes be limiting. Not everyone uses My Yahoo or My Google.

After browsing through Filipino Writer, I noticed that they had a small icon on their page. It was a small feed reader that allows you to subscribe to e-mails. This is powered by Feedblitz.

I think this option is great. If I like a blog, then I can receive e-mails. It's as simple as signing up.

If you like this blog, please do become a subscriber. The link is on the upper right hand corner of the page.

You can also click here.

Hope this helps the other bloggers out there! Another great way to optimize your blog. You can even use it for website newsletters!

Making my webpage...

I started making my official webpage. My brother kept on nagging me about it.

Today my student couldn't come to class, so instead of teaching, I started designing and conceptualizing my website.

What you see here is the entrance page. I've completed the home page as well. I just need to write the content.

The other pages will be following pretty much the same format as the home page. That means it will be done pretty soon. Hopefully, it will be up by later this month or early next year.

Look out for it! :D
